Write the title HONESTY in the middle of the page
add lines
then colour the page from the middle out
as you take turn to create this
finish these sentence starters in your journal

Step 3.
If we take a photo of the finished artwork
and use it as the back ground for a puppet pals video,
we can add comments and ideas
as well as text to tell what honesty is.
Step 4.
Then to finish we can put the films together using imovie.
Step 5.
Someone might even be smart enough to think of a poem or song that they could make using Garageband!

NB. The boys and girls groups both started with the same outline plan and then added items, pictures, words and ideas of their own.
Watch closely and you might notice a little runner going across the page!
Now start thinking!
You've worked with this process twice now.
What ideas are you starting to get about how you could use this process to show your ideas, learning and thinking?

Questions about this project
What did we need to do to be able to create this film?
What where the steps we went through?
(What was the process we used?)
What worked well?
What didn't work?
What would you do differently next time?
Observation Skills
Do we always see everything that we think we see?
Do we miss things?
Do we always get the story right or do we sometimes make a mistake?
This video is a test of your observation and awareness.
Watch closely.
PS. If you have seen this video keep quiet about it:-)

Take a turn to speak when you are holding todays object
Wait patiently for your turn
Listen respectfully to what others have to say

I want to say well done to _ _ _ for...
A problem I have had is ...
I want to say sorry to _ _ _ because...
A mistake I made this week was ...
This week I was successful when...
I want to say well done to everyone who represented our school and took part in the zone cross country and the primary school duathlon this week. Aria, Annabel, Fraser, Ellie
I also want to say thank you to everyone who has worked so well on their writing this week. I especially want to thank the people who have been brave enough to share their ideas with the class:
Charles, Colin, Luke, Josh, Sarah D, Kate, Preston, Gracie, Ellie, Jessica, Ali and Cormac. Have I missed anyone off the list?
This week was successful for me because I got to read so many people's stories. I felt really proud of all the busy work going on in the class and the great original ideas that people were trying out with their writing.
PS. Have a great weekend, but watch out for this creature if you go swimming at the beach!

Search and Rescue
Today we learnt how to make a simple stretcher by using our clothing.
By sliding some poles into the arm holes of your jersey you can make an emergency stretcher to rescue an injured person.
